The change in our climate is affecting the forest. What strategies can we use to counter this climate stress? Are there tree species that are particularly suitable for the forest of the future? Dr. Ulrich Matthes explores these questions in his lecture.

In an interactive online workshop, you will develop your pitch in front of a webcam. You will receive tips and feedback from two experienced coaches and an interdisciplinary team of other PhDs and postdocs.

»MESHFREE« can be used to simulate a variety of situations, as it adapts efficiently to moving geometry elements.In the training you will get an overview of the MESHFREE tool and it will be shown how the software optimally supports the requirements. The »Safety meets Security« conference will take place on Thursday, March 13, 2025, on the premises of Fraunhofer IESE in Kaiserslautern and will bring together experts from the fields of safety and security.

From March 11 to 13, our researchers will be presenting innovative solutions with virtual test benches and digital twins for off-road applications at »embedded world 2025« in hall 4, stand 422! The event focuses on the early identification of development errors and increasing efficiency in product development.
