What´s it about?

Quantum machine learning is an exciting and rapidly growing field that holds promise for improving our ability to solve complex computational problems and tackle new and challenging applications in a variety of fields. This area of research seeks to combine the power of quantum computing with machine learning techniques in new and innovative ways. Unlike classical machine learning, which operates on classical bits that can only be in two states (0 or 1), quantum machine learning uses quantum bits or qubits, which can exist in multiple states simultaneously.

What´s the point?

This course will give you the opportunity to play an active part in driving this future technology and apply your newly acquired skills to tackle complex problems. You will learn both understand the theory behind the methods and apply them in practice.

Prerequisites

  • Basic knowledge in Python
  • Basic knowledge of mathematics, especially linear algebra
  • Basic knowledge in programming with Qiskit
  • Basic knowledge of quantum computing
