The »Science and Innovation Alliance Kaiserslautern e.V.« Artificial Intelligence Platform is intended to provide all members with up-to-date and interesting information on AI, currently probably the fastest-developing technology of the future with comprehensive effects on society, business, and science, in order to initiate joint collaborations and projects and thereby promote an exchange between science and business.

Prof. Dr. Marius Kloft (head of the working group »Machine Learning« at the Department of Computer Science of the RPTU) and Frank Froux (founder and CEO of matelso on the business side) could be won as speakers and coordinators of the platform. They will be supported by Dr. Jonas Metzger, head of the Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Kaiserslautern.

This event takes place as a joint event of SIAK, Prof. Kloft's working group »Machine Learning« and the AI Alliance Rhineland-Palatinate.

The AI Alliance Rhineland-Palatinate acts as a platform for supra-regional cooperation of universities and non-university research institutions and serves the exchange of and with scientists to accelerate the transfer of knowledge to industry and society.
