MESHFREE – Beginners

The Fraunhofer ITWM's introductory digital seminar on MESHFREE provides an overview of the mesh-free simulation software and its applications. Instead of a mesh, MESHFREE uses an automatically managed point cloud that dynamically adapts to moving geometries, large deformations, and free surfaces. This often allows difficult scenarios to be calculated more quickly, even for mesh-based methods.
